I chose to study with learndirect Careers because due to the nature of my previous job (working shifts within the care industry), I couldn’t commit to attending classes regularly at a traditional college. I still wanted to gain my Health and Social Care (Adults) Diploma QCF Level 3 and so learndirect Careers’s distance learning course was the perfect solution.

I knew that I wanted to return to education, but I needed to find a college that offered distance learning qualifications. I had to fit studying around my family life and work commitments. I chose learndirect Careers because my course could be completed entirely online, without having to attend any timetabled sessions. My initial enquiry was responded to very quickly by learndirect Careers and all the staff that I have dealt with have been extremely friendly.

I enjoyed the course a lot and all the modules were informative. It has made me fall in love with hospitality even more now that I have the knowledge that I need. I’m looking forward to starting a job in the industry.

The course was very interesting and explained everything clearly using the latest materials. I am a hotelier, but several of the topics were new for me, and I enjoyed learning them with learndirect.
